Derbyshire Cricketers Win!

Derbyshire cruised an emphatic innings and 95 runs win in three days against Worcestershire at Chesterfield on Sunday to collect 21 points from their County Championship Second Division encounter.
Highlights of the game included a 71-ball century by Jamie Pipe against his old club (he eventually made 133) and superb 8 for 119 figures from Graham Wragg.
Worcestershire batted first and were dismissed for 151.
In reply Derbyshire made 356 with Wagg sharing in a eighth wicket 145 run stand.
Worcestershire were bowled for for 110 in the second innings off just 35.4 overs.
On Sunday, Derbyshire Phantoms entertain Yorkshire Carnegie at Queen’s Park in a twenty20 match.
